Woody Paige, back again
Woody Paige strikes again, showing off his complete and utter lack of a long term memory. On Around the Horn, Paige had this to say about the Carolina RB situation:
"they almost had to play Rod Smart, He Hate Me. We havent heard from him since the XFL title game."
1. He Hate Me played for Las Vegas, who did not participate in the XFL championship.
2. He Hate Me was the kick returner for Carolina in Super Bowl 38. They ran atleast 3 segments on him on Sportscenter in the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl, including an excrutiating piece with then Christina Aguilera boy-toy Jordan Cooper.
I dont mind that most sports jounralists are morons, its practically part of their job description. But I do have a problem when these guys cant remember what happened only 2 years prior or worse, dont even follow sports.
